Laura races to a 15 minute personal best with a magnificent time of 1 hour49 minutes at the Alloa half marathon on the 18th of March 2012. This is the second time Laura has participated in this race the difference this time was Laura’s training was provided by Target Your Fitness. This included nutritional advice, a bespoke training programme and access to Military Fitness Bootcamp and Boxercise classes. Laura has lost 11Lbs by following nutrition advice provided by Roger at Target Your Fitness. Laura is a great advert of what can be achieved by training 4 or 5 times per week under the expert guidance that I can provide, whether it’s weight loss, increasing strength, improving cardio vascular fitness or getting a toned body I can provide the expertise, the opportunity, the encouragement and of course the individual guidance that is guaranteed for you to hit Your Target.
