Commencing 2 Sep 13 new Autumn Programme

Commencing Monday 2 September 2013 we have a new Autumn Programme that caters for all levels of fitness.  We have two new classes, the Running Club on a Wednesday evening and Meta Fit classes on a Sunday morning with the last Sunday of each month being an extreme Bootcamp.

Mil Fit Holiday

Due to the Easter holidays there will be no morning classes, 0930 to 1030 hrs at Cumbernauld Community Park on 2 April, 4 April, 9 April and 11 April 2013. Classes will resume on 16 April 2013, meeting place Craigmarloch Bus Stop. Enjoy your Easter and see you soon, Roger.

Congratulations to Laura

Laura races to a 15 minute personal best with a magnificent time of 1 hour49 minutes at the Alloa half marathon on the 18th of March 2012. This is the second time Laura has participated in this race the difference this time was Laura’s training was provided by Target Your Fitness. This included nutritional advice, a bespoke training programme and access to Military Fitness Bootcamp and Boxercise classes.  Laura has lost 11Lbs by following nutrition advice provided by Roger at Target Your Fitness.  Laura is a great advert of what can be achieved by training 4 or 5 times per week under the expert guidance that I can provide, whether it’s weight loss, increasing strength, improving cardio vascular fitness or getting a toned body I can provide the expertise, the opportunity, the encouragement and of course the individual guidance that is guaranteed for you to hit Your Target.  Why not join us at Bootcamp or Boxercise or take the opportunity to train in smaller groups with bespoke training programmes, check out my website, and you could also have a success story to tell.

I would like to say a big thanks to all those who braved the weather for military fitness in Cumbernauld Community Park today.  It was great to see you all there and that you enjoyed the sessions.  You were all well motivated and it was fab to see the smiles.  Hope you enjoy the video and don’t worry session one you will be the stars of the next video.  Look forward to next week for some more military fitness.
