I would like to say a big thanks to all those who braved the weather for military fitness in Cumbernauld Community Park today. It was great to see you all there and that you enjoyed the sessions. You were all well motivated and it was fab to see the smiles. Hope you enjoy the video and don’t worry session one you will be the stars of the next video. Target Your Fitness, would like to thank all the new Boxercisers who have been turning out to the classes in St Maurice’s High School in Cumbernauld. Roger Smith wants you all to know you are doing really well. Keep it going and DOMS will become a thing of the past and you’ll be looking and feeling great for Christmas.

On the 29th day of Christmas Roger said get down and give me ten! Press ups that is not roast potatoes! There is still time for you to look and feel your best for the holiday season. All you need to do is get yourself down to Cumbernauld Communilty Park on a Saturday morring for 60 minutes of fun packed fitness for the superb price of £2 per session for the remainder of 2011. Starts on the 26th November 2011. Meeting place is the bus stop at the Craigmarloch Roundabout. Parade at 0815 for an 0830 start or 0945 for a 1000 hrs start.
