Commencing 2 Sep 13 new Autumn Programme

Commencing Monday 2 September 2013 we have a new Autumn Programme that caters for all levels of fitness.  We have two new classes, the Running Club on a Wednesday evening and Meta Fit classes on a Sunday morning with the last Sunday of each month being an extreme Bootcamp.

Check the calendar for times and meeting points for all our classes.
